How long does it take for my Himiway bike to be delivered?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping via FedEx or UPS Ground usually takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is the range of a Himiway electric bike on a single charge?
Most Himiway models are equipped with high-capacity Samsung/LG batteries, offering an estimated range of 35 to 60 miles per charge, depending on the terrain, rider weight, and level of pedal assist used.
Do Himiway bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Himiway electric bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the battery, motor, frame, and electrical components.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 15-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply if the return is not due to a manufacturing defect.
Are Himiway bikes waterproof?
Himiway bikes are water-resistant with an IPX4 rating, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
Our bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and front light. We provide all necessary tools and a comprehensive instruction video to guide you through the process.
